7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

7.1 No Right of Withdrawal for Artworks and Art Toys

There is no right of withdrawal or return for limited or custom made artworks, sculptures or Art Toys, as they are manufactured according to customer specifications or produced in limited quantities.

7.2 Right of Withdrawal for Clothing

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for clothing within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify AKCNSTUDIOS by email at studio@akcn.de by submitting a clear statement of withdrawal.

7.3 Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

AKCNSTUDIOS may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.

7.4 Returns

Goods must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice has been submitted.

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

Returned goods must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Worn or damaged items will not be refunded.

7.5 Inspection of Packaging and Seals

The customer must inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage or broken seals and report any issues to AKCNSTUDIOS by email within 48 hours after delivery.

Complaints submitted after this period cannot be considered.
